Found this on Facebook, I’ve tried to search her on Tumblr but I didn’t find her.

STEPS (by Natalie)

DIY Indie Polish Effect (jelly sandwich technique)
1. Prepare the ff:
white polish, creme polish, different colors/sizes of glitters,
stamper (soft), but regular stampers also works!
2. mix all the glitter on a sheet of paper.
3. apply base color
4. find a good spot where all colors of glitter are in.
5.pick them up.
6.stamp it directly on your nails.
7. cover it up with creme polish.
done! enjoy!
additional tip: clean your stamper with acetone
